Decoration & Site Usage Rules: No permanent alterations, structural nailing, or driving heavy spikes into the trees or buildings is permitted. All overhead floral setups, lighting grids, or heavy frames must utilize freestanding trussing structures.
Music & Local Curfew Cutoffs: Out of respect for the surrounding Waterford residential neighborhood, high-volume outdoor music and PA sound reinforcement must strictly scale down to ambient decibels by 11:00 PM CAT, with a hard operational cutoff and event conclusion set at 12:00 AM Midnight.
Vendor & Waste Coordination: External catering and specialized decor teams are welcome if the baseline venue hire model is chosen. External suppliers are entirely responsible for cleaning their designated setup areas and transporting all related refuse off the property immediately after the event
