Decoration & Site Usage Rules: No permanent structural alterations or nail placements may be driven into the lodge buildings or mature woodland trees. All heavy floral arches, marquee spikes, or light trussing rigs must protect the natural terrain.
Music & Local Curfew Cutoffs: Out of respect for the surrounding semi-rural Douglasdale neighborhood and overnight lodge travelers, high-volume outdoor music must scale down to ambient decibel levels by 10:30 PM CAT, with a hard operational cutoff set at 11:30 PM CAT.
Vendor & Kitchen Responsibility: Hired external catering teams and decorators are completely welcome. However, suppliers are legally and contractually responsible for cleaning their respective preparation counters and moving all refuse off the premises after the event
